Increase in Dues
Effective January 1, 2022, Thompson Park Homeowners Association dues will increase from $290 annually to $310 annually or $10 per semi-annual installment.

TPHOA 2024 Community Sales
Thompson Park will hold its annual Community Sale on Saturday, May 18 and will again on Saturday, Sept 7.
2023 Pool Opens Saturday, May 27 till Labor Day
A New Pool Entry System has been installed. The former cards will not work. Each HOMEOWNER was mailed a fob by Kirkpatrick (KMC). If you are the homeowner and did not receive one, contact Kirkpatrick during regular business hours at 317 588-8735. All others, reach out directly to the homeowner as fobs were sent to them. KMC cannot be of assistance in obtaining one.

The pool is open (unless we hear differently from the state department of health) until Labor Day. It will be open from 9 am - 9 pm, depending on the weather. It will not be open if temperature is below 72 degrees or rainy. You will be allowed to bring 2 guests. But remember, there is a limit depending on how busy the pool is. Finally, your property must be current on their dues in order to gain access to the pool. See full pool rules below.
